Konqueror Per-Encoding Font Settings?

Is there a way to set fonts on a per-encoding basis for Konqueror?
I checked google and it seems like Konqueror used to be able to do this back in 2001, but the configuration screen mentioned no longer exists. So is there still a way to do this or am I out of luck?
