Hi all. I've got a little problem with Konqueror that I hope someone can help me with.

I use Konqueror for file browsing and Firefox for web browsing. Konqueror has a lot of embedded stuff which is handy, but sometimes I just want to open a new tab to be able to view 2 PDFs at once, so the 'Open New Tab' button and Ctrl-Shift-N thing is great. Soon though I was getting dialogs asking if I wanted to open it in Firefox whenever I tried to open a new tab. I accidently clicked yes and the 'never ask again' option.

Now whenever I try to open a new tab, it starts up Firefox. If I have one open already, it gives me a 'choose profile' dialog. This is a pain and it slows things down.

How can I stop Konqueror open tabs in Firefox?

settings->preferences file associations.
change the association of the type which opens firefox.

It's not a specific file type that is opening in Firefox. When I want to have 2 folders open at once, i'd ask it to open a new tab. Now it opens my home directory in Firefox. It also opens a new tab in the background in Konqueror, but it slows things down to have firefox start up. Can I stop this?
