Konquerer menu bars giving hassle

According to the doco, the little vertical tab on the left of the toolbars is to quick collapse them, with the tab becoming horizontal. Click on the horizontal tab for quick restore.

The collapse is to comprehensive however that nothing remains !! Not even the little horizontal tab !! According to settings the menu bar is still "being shown" and I can toggle that plenty with nothing happening.

Any fix ? Explanation ?

Konquerer is 3.0.1

Edit : Quickly fixed (had to resort to config script tampering though)
