To remove all of KDE, you should be able to go into whatever package management system you have (not sure what it's called on RedHat) and remove anything with 'kde' in it. You could also just boot to a console, or into Gnome or whatever other non-KDE interface you like, and type (as root):
rpm -e kde
As far as I know, Konqueror is part of KDE, and can't really be separated from it. If you don't like it, of course, you don't have to run it
