Hello,
I'm using KNotes(3.6) from KDE(3.5.9) on Debian Lenny/Sid(i386).
When I right-click a note there is an option "Send" apart of "Send via mail".
It appears that it allows to send a note to a specified host(ip).
Apparently a port required for this operation to complete is closed, because I get message like this: "The host is actively rejecting connection".
My questions are:
- is it possible to send a note to another host this way (i.e. not by e-mail),
- if so, is there any (server) software required on the host to receive knote, or just KDE PIM,
- does it have something in common with groupware functionalities of KDE PIM,
- does anyone have any experiences using this functionality?
I searched google and it seems this option is left undocumented (or I searched in wrong place, as I looked for KNotes documentation

).
I searched LQ for knotes, and found nothing, what answers this questions.
thanks in advance,
