Kmail Autocomplete - Larger Cache

I am a huge fan of Kmail. The only thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't remember recent email addresses very long. Does anyone know if there is some way to make Kmail remember email addresses for a longer period of time in autocomplete? I really don't want to use Thunderbird.

Thank you!

Any ideas? I've done some more research and still can't figure this out.

Thanks!

I've just looked at my settings at kmail->preferences->komposer->recently used addresses and it still contains addresses which I haven't used for at least 2 years. So was assuming that kmail doesn't forget them at all (indeed it contains all addresses I have ever used). Make sure that the option "use recently used addresses for autocompletion" is checked, but that's rather obvious. Other than that, the problem you describe does not exist for me.

That's strange. It seems to clear mine more than once a week. Does anyone else have this problem?
