Kiosk linux

Is there any type of kisok linux or distro, that looks like this or similar ?

(the config will ask for admins username+pswd, so he could change and download stuff)

I made and edited this pic. Got some icons from windows, RH9, and Gnome from Gnome website.

The programs and windows managers are different than those.

I was going to have a modifed version of Gnome, Firefox, Abiword, GNUmeric, kalc, KolourPaint, Gimp, and a very simple File Manager.
