Exclamation Killed X w/ATI drivers!!

I just finished the install of the drivers for my Radeon 9000 and now I have no X. I made a system backup yesterday, and a backup of my home directory the day before. Is there a way to just restore everything from the command line, or should I just re-install and restore everything then? I am in windows now, and I want my linux back ASAP!!!

If you know what files were changed by the Radeon 9000 driver install I would start out by restoring those files. If that doesn't work you can restore more.

I really wouldn't know where (or how) to start. I am going to just reinstall.
