Kickstart installation in RED HAT 6

Hi,
I have configured kickstart with ftp. It is working fine. Now I have to do some security measurement
1. It should be password protected.
It is done through ftp.

2. Now my concern is, how can I make it MAC address specific ?
Means for particular MAC address kickstart installation can be
done through ftp and for rest it will not work.

If any body have any idea to implement this , request you to share with me.
