I found a solution (at least for me)
I had the next messages when installing RedHat 7.2
EXT2-fs: unable to read superblock
Kernel Panic: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on 09:02
After try a lot, I found Tht it worked when I enter in the set up of the computer and selected the optimal settings, and then changing only the primary boot device to CD. I seems to be a board setting problem, so you can try changing some options on your own computer
