kernel panic - not syncing : VFS: unable to mount root FS on unknown-block
hey.
at start up i got this mesage:
20.404783 RAMDISK: ran out of compressed data
20.404852 invalid compressed format (err:1)
20.406853 kernel panic- not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown block (0,0)
20.406911
as i know i need to boot from CD to make some initrd.img not to be loaded but i am not sure.
May be you must upgrade "initrd-tools" to breezy version.
I had solved this problem by uncomment some of breezy archive in /etc/apt/sources.list, and run "apt-get install initrd-tools".
but the thing is that i cant get further after that "kernel panic" message
