Kernel 2.4.20 does not recognize Elite 133X Compact Flash

I am using a Kernel 2.4.20 and for Sandisk and Elite 4X, the kernel recognizes these devices, and I am able to format it and so on.
If I use an Elite 133X, the kernel does not see it.
My hardware has an USB-ATA conveter to connect the CF and the processor (PPC85xx family). Any suggestions?

You might have better luck with the latest 2.4, which is 2.4.36 at the time of this post.
