KDM+XFCE+Logout/poweroff/reboot menu?

Anyone know how to get a menu such as KDE's logout menu or Gnome's logout menu it has for root, but to get it to work with XFCE? I have KDM as my manager, if that answers any questions... As it is, right now I can only log out with buttons, and if I want to reboot or poweroff, I have to go to KDM's main screen or type the commands in the console.
