KDE Scrollbar Arrows
I just started to try out KDE, and there's something about the scrollbar that's bothering me: the redundant arrow at the end!! :) Graphically, here is what it looks like now:
< -- ======= ------------------- < > Is there any way to make KDE scrollbars work like the default GTK scrollbars -- like this: < -- ======= ------------------- > Thanks for any suggestions. I'm liking the (near) total configurability of KDE; surely an option for this exists? |
i realize this is an old thread, but i assume you havent found a solution. i think this is a feature of the style you are using.
for me (at the moment) i am use QTCurve, and in KDE Control Center -> Appearance and Themes -> Style -> Configure (for QTCurve, of course) you can change how the scroll bars look. i havent seen many other styles that offer this option. i wouldnt doubt that you could configure this in some KDE file somewhere but it doesnt bug me enough to ever made me look. btw, nice website youve got there. |
