I have a strange problem:
When I run the Remote Desktop Connection application from the KDE menu, I can successfully connect to a session on a remote Windows machine. (tried on multiple machines too so i know it's on this end)
But the keyboard doesn't work. I can't input my username/password to the remote machine without the keyboard. I bet this has something to do with the device's interface level, and that maybe I need to run the program with different credentials or something but I don't know where to start. Any ideas?
Update:
Problem also experienced when running the LiveCD version of my install on a completely different box. This is Knoppix English version 3.7. Anyone have any suggestions?
Issue discovered: Old version of the program. Ran:
apt-get remove krdc
apt-get clean
apt-get install krdc
and now everything works. Should have just used my head. :P
