KDE-NEON Default thing on desktop

I am unable to remove this. It appeared on my desktop after i dragged an icon from the menu to the desktop. I right clicked on the icon or something and this default thing won't go away.

Right click on desktop, configure desktop, tweaks, uncheck show desktop toolbox |
