Question KDE Menu by mouse click

Know how most window managers present you with a program menu when you click on the desktop. Well how can I do that in KDE? I want to be running KDE but when I click the desktop I want the K Menu to appear. Can this be done and if so how? Thanks.

Go to Control Center, Desktop, Behavior. There you can change what the mouse clicks on the desktop do.
