KDE "Logout" and "Lock Session" menu restoration

Previously if I right click on the "KDE menu" icon which is on the left bottom of the screen, a menu pops up. The bottom of the menu consists of "Lock Session" and "Logout...".
I had removed that accidentally. i.e. The bottom of the menu now consists of "Help" and "Personal Files (Home)".
How to restore "Lock Session" and "Logout..." to the bottom of the KDE menu?
KDE is 3.3.2.
