KDE Screensaver Launch Command

Does anyone know what command is used to launch KDE's screensavers?

I've managed to find the .kss files and launch them but they always launch in a window with decorations, not full screen.

Just piddling with the extra buttons on my keyboard.

as ive understood it, KDE mostly uses xscreensaver:s savers.. So by running xscreensaver you might be able to tinker around them.. I wont even ask you why you would want a screensaver fullscreen outside he preview option in the screensavers dialog, seems kinda useless to me with Lock Session and the previews around.. (:

It's not an Xscreensaver, it's one of the Really Slick Screensavers from KDE Look.

Your comment on it not running full screen lost me. Why wouldn't I want it to run as a full screen app with no windecos like it does if I just let the computer sit for 5 minutes?

Well, I just havnt ever understood whats so fun about sitting infron of your comp and watching a screensaver.. (:

Well, then its probably done via kdeinit.. But if its done with it, I have no idea of the syntax.. imho its very poorly documented, locally that is..

Just remembered.. You could allways ofcourse set the advanced option for the window to be fullscreen.. As in: Alt+F3 -> Advanced -> Fullscreen.. But thats just pure bubblegum (:

For the record the command is:
"killall kdesktop_lock; dcop kdesktop KScreensaverIface lock"

That starts the screensaver and locks the workstation.

Thanks for your help.

Sorry, I guess I wasn't very clear what I was after.

All I had to do was dig a little farther in the Lineakd documentation and I found it.
