KDE in slackware
simple question:
Just installed Slack 9 (love it) and I got all the settings the way I like them in KDE. Problem was when I later rebooted the machine, none of the setting stuck. Its all back the way it was before. The hard drive icons for my fat partitions...gone. The panel menu is huge again etc. I remember when i ran Redhat 8 it would ask me if I wanted to save my settings before I logged out. How would I go about doing that with slack? :D thanks for the help |
By logging out? When you logout it *should* be asking you if you want to save your settings. What do you get when you "logout"?
Cool |
window pops up asking 'Log out *usename*? OK or Cancel'...
