KDE headers are not correct?

When i try to .configure a program it does everything fine until:

checking for kde headers installed... conftest.C: In function `int main()':
conftest.C:7: error: 'class KApplication' has no member named 'kde_htmldir'
conftest.C:8: error: 'class KApplication' has no member named 'kde_appsdir'
conftest.C:9: error: 'class KApplication' has no member named 'kde_icondir'
conftest.C:10: error: 'class KApplication' has no member named 'kde_sounddir'
conftest.C:11: error: 'class KApplication' has no member named 'kde_datadir'
conftest.C:12: error: 'class KApplication' has no member named 'kde_localedir'
conftest.C:13: error: 'class KApplication' has no member named 'kde_cgidir'
conftest.C:14: error: 'class KApplication' has no member named 'kde_configdir'
conftest.C:15: error: 'class KApplication' has no member named 'kde_mimedir'
conftest.C:16: error: 'class KApplication' has no member named 'kde_toolbardir'
conftest.C:17: error: 'class KApplication' has no member named '
kde_wallpaperdir'
conftest.C:18: error: 'class KApplication' has no member named 'kde_bindir'
conftest.C:19: error: 'class KApplication' has no member named 'kde_partsdir'
configure: error: your system is not able to compile a small KDE application!
Check, if you installed the KDE header files correctly.

Then i entered the command:
configure --includedir=PREFIX/include --prefix=/opt/kde3

cause my kde folder is /opt/kde3 , but it doesn't work...it still shows the same error. And i know i have installed all the necessary things.
i even tried --includedir=/opt/kde3/include aso.

What should i do? I'm totally clueless...
PS! I use SuSE 9.1 Pro

Ok...i will see if any nice person has answered in the morning...it's 01:26 here :P
G'night.
