Question KDE: altgr not working properly (latinamerican layout)

Hi, guys!

I can't get to write the "at" character cause the altgr+q and altgr+2 combinations don't work on kde (though it does work on the VTs).

How do I hack the layout for KDE so that it does work?

It's kubuntu intrepid (+ compiz) on a Presario V3317la. Thanks in advance
