kde 3.2 no arrows in KDE menu

in my KDE menu, there are supposed to be arrows pointing to the right showing there are submenus, but they dont appearr, when the mouse goes over the menu items, the sub menu will apear with a blank space seperating it from the kde menu... is this a common problem

Take a look at this thread. I posted a workaround for this bug on that thread.

i have another problem in 3.2 , when i place my mouse over X (close button) it mouse pointer changer to double headed arrow. This is not suppose to be the case for mouse pointer here
