What errors are you getting? Also make sure it for 3.2 some 3.1 decorations won't work.

I'm not receiving any errors at all. It's just not showing up in the list of window decorations.

Have you got it installed?

Did you set the right path when you did ./configure? By default the goto /usr/local/kde you have to supply the prefix for it to be somewhere else i.e.

./configure --prefix=/usr

Or something similar like /opt for example. It depends on the distro.

This is the install script that came with the theme.

#!/bin/bash
KDEHOME=`find ${HOME} -name ".kde*" -type d -maxdepth 1`
for i in ${KDEHOME}; do
mkdir -p ${KDEHOME}/share/apps/kstyle/pixmaps/acqua
mkdir -p ${KDEHOME}/share/apps/kstyle/themes
mkdir -p ${KDEHOME}/share/apps/kwin/icewm-themes/Acqua
mkdir -p ${KDEHOME}/share/wallpapers
cp -rf pixmaps/acqua/* ${KDEHOME}/share/apps/kstyle/pixmaps/acqua/
cp -rf themes/* ${KDEHOME}/share/apps/kstyle/themes/
cp -rf icewm-themes/Acqua/* ${KDEHOME}/share/apps/kwin/icewm-themes/Acqua/
cp -rf wallpapers/* ${KDEHOME}/share/wallpapers/
kinstalltheme
done
echo Acqua for KDE installed.

I got the theme here.

*edit*
Also, in the readme directions for the theme. It says I need to select icewm in the window decorations list and then configure it. I do have icewm installed but for some reason it's not showing up in the list either.

Ahh, IceWM. So if its not showing up thats the problem right there. I've always found the iceWM decorations tempremental, I couldn't think though what would be causing it not to show in the list, as its a default option. You might try gooling on KDE with iceWM decorations.

Or you could use this.
