Okay, I decided to upgrade my KDE 3.1.1 to 3.1.2 after hearing about some possible security errors, so I downloaded Konstruct. It ran for about two hours, and in the meantime I was setting up my Iptables Firewall. I loaded the firewall and it accidentally killed my connection, stopping the download of KDE. I didn't notice (it was doing it's own thing in the background). So it stopped the download and TERMed the process. I finally realized it and rebooted it. It started to go again, but froze (over and over). Do I have to uninstall it somehow (make uninstall doesn't work, and there's nothing about it in the documentation)?
Well, after being sad about my KDE 3.1.2 I decided to mess around with the configuration. I went into the Display config and found this interesting little number called Virtual Desktop. Not knowing what this was I decided to enable it (heh, trying to fix something that's not broken). I restarted KDE (btw I restarted before the Virtual Desktop, so it wasn't the botched 3.1.2 install) and now it's on the fritz. Does anyone know where the KDE 3.x.x display config files are stored so I can fix it?
I looked on kde.org and that information was nowhere to found.
Thanks in advance.
