kbfx installation problems on SuSE 9.1 Pro

I downloaded kbfx version 4.7.3. I cd to its directory and type ./configure. At the very end it says X... configure: error: Can't find X includes. Please check your installation and add the correct paths!. what should i do at this point. Ive tried googling it and they tell me to install the package x-window-system-dev which i cant find for SUSE. Help will be highly appreciated.
