Kaffeine wont play my videos?


i've just installed SuSE 9.2 pro, and it's my first experience w/ linux of any sort.
so, i'm a complete n00b.
my problem is, whenever i try to play a video in Kaffeine, i get the error

i really have no idea how to even start addressing this problem. Any my friend, who helped me install and set-up doesnt either. so any help would be greatly appreciated

it seem's that it doesnt like certain filetypes

i'll set about getting a better video player now
