K3B mp3 encoding settings

Can someone please post their K3B mp3/lame encoding settings (i.e. the command line code)? I mucked mine up and cannot rip to mp3 anymore. Has anyone had any success ripping to mp3 using KAudioCreator? If so, could you post your mp3/lame encoding settings (i.e. the command line code)? Thanks in advance.

try man lame in the console or just go with the defaults in kaudiocreator. I didn't know k3b could encode mp3's where in k3b does it use an mp3encoder I know it can decode an mp3 with libmad.
