k3b burned disk has problem in Windows XP
 

I have burned a dvd using k3b on SuSe 9.1 but I have problem in reading that DVD in Windows XP.
The file name it shows is only 31 character long and everything is in UpperCase. But when I view same dvd in SuSe, it shows full filename in correct case. Is there any setting in K3b which caused this problem ?
