Jive Messenger on FC3 help...

Hi all,
Anyone here had success running Jive Messenger on FC3? I can install the rpm without issue and start messenger. What I am having trouble with is converting messenger to run as a service and also connect to the database.
When I run the redhat-postinstall script I get "bad interperter" errors. I have already chmod'd the file to 755. I can create a test shell script and I can run that no problem. I am currently logged in as root.

When I go thru the admin setup page, it never connects to the db. Mysqld is running when I do this.

Any help?
