Java1.4.2 [64 bit]

Hi All,

I want to download Java1.4.2 [64 bit] for RHEL4.0

The server is Intel Dual Processor Xeon 3.0GHz

I was not able to find the download.

Can anyone please help me as to from where I can download the software.

You can download Sun's Java 1.5 from here, but their 64-bit version doesn't have Java Plugin. If you need 64-bit Java Plugin, you can get Blackdown's Java 1.4.2 from here.

But on the site the download is for AMD 64 & my server is of EM64T [Intel Xeon]

I am not able to find the 64 bit java download for EM64T

If you know plz... let me know

I dunno. I thought EM64T means that it supports AMD64 (aka x86-64); but maybe someone more knowledgable than me can verify this.
