Java Vurtual Machine

Does anyone out there know where to get a VM? It didn't come with RH8, and it isn't as simple as going to Sun's website and downloading it..... I simply can't find it! I've tried all kinds of 3rd-Party stuff, it will install, but does not work. I don't think apt-get is going to fix this one.

1) aaa, I tried their site, but they only have the Java Ruttime and SDK. I will look into that site to see if they have changed anything from when I last looked at it.

2) I'm really only interested in the SDK if it comes with the VM.

OK, Here's the update: I have two different versions of Java VM installed on the box, and I have come to the conclusion that they are not listed in the PATH lib (?). I forgot the command to add them to it. "export PATH:$J2RE:/usr/java/j2re_1.3.1_12/" I think.....

OK case closed. I tried to update the PATH lib, and I re-ran the installer, an the installer went right on without saying one word about the VM! THX aaa for showing me where to get the Java stuff.
