untar the package and go into the extracted directory and copy the flashplayer.xpt and the libflashlplayer.so files to your mozilla plugins directory. this is version 6 and there are some known bugs that affect some people. play with it and if this version works for you, cool. if not, let me know and i'll upload the files for version 5 for you to download if you want.
