jack : how to disable verbose debug messages

Hello,
I have the need to have jack running without any verbose debug message in the terminal, everytime. My system is ubuntu-based.
What is the command?
Thanks

ALSO:
1. Have you looked at the manual (or equivalently, the documentation at http://jackaudio.org)?

2. Have you tried "--help" with whatever Jack client you're using, to see if it has any command-line options to adjust verbosity?

sorry but verbose messages are still showing in the terminal.
jack -h gives me the available options but there is only an enabling option.
