IsoBuster equivelant for console Linux? also viewing sessions on CDs

Hello,
Is there a command line tool for Linux that could be considered analogous to the Windows tool "IsoBuster?" On Windows this tool allows you to view all of the sessions and tracks on a CD or DVD and view information about them. The non-free version can recover damaged ISO filesystems but I'm not looking for that. Also Windows' IsoBuster can rip entire disc, session or track in both cooked 2048-byte sector and raw 2352-byte sector modes. I'd imagine something like this has to exist for Linux but not sure how to look. Any Google searches just talk about how to make multisession CD's, not evaluate existing ones.

Thanks for any help,
Flint M

You can mount a iso:
Quote:
mount -t iso9660 /media/Storage/SUPER.ISO -o loop /home/fred/Desktop/ISO-local/mount
Where the paths need to match your pathes (mount directory must exist).

You can then look at(or deal with) the files in the iso just like any other file.

I think you misunderstood my question. I am not looking to view the contents of an ISO file. I want to look at an actual physical CD. Specifically, I want to be able to view a listing of all of the sessions on it if it has more than one, and specifically mount/extract/view each individual session. Also note my mention that IsoBuster can extract in RAW mode as well as normal mode.

IsoBuster Equivalent

Hi,
I'm posting here as the thread had something to do with Iso Buster. So, here goes my question.

Is there a Linux clone or a similar software for the Windows Iso Buster software? Most of the CD's I have written are multi-session and I have no idea how to open the contents on them.

(When I insert the disc - I just get a blank disc message)
