Is this possible, mouse/ mouse cursor related.

I'm running a program called SCAR in Win4lin. With scar, you create scripts to perform predefined actions by moving the mouse cursor around.
The problem is that the Window has to retain focus. So is there any way for me to be doing other things, and create a secondary non existing mouse for win4lin?
Or is there any other solution to getting this to run properly without losing focus?

p.s please don't be recommending other programs thanks.
