Is there any way to access my Linux partitions from Windows?

I use Windows XP and Fedora Core 3 and i would like to access my linux partitions from windows. I searched for this and found a Total Commander plug-in, but it doesn't work on my system. I have a Maxtor 120 GB SATA hdd, if it matters... Thank you.

It doesn't actually allow software to access your Linux partitions like a normal drive, but allows you to drag and drop files in/out of you linux partition.

I highly suggest a partition that can be read and written to safely pass info from one OS to the other, I.E. a vfat (FAT32) partition.

The explore tools that have been mentioned that I have tried from Windows only crashes Windows for me, in Windows 98SE, Windows 2000 Pro and Windows XP Pro.

I gave up and made another partition and put stuff there in Linux, boot to Windows and copy it to where I want it in Windows.
