The links browser has mouse control. Just make sure gpm is enabled at boot. You can download links at:

I have installed links and enabled gpm at startup. But I can't click on a link to open it ,moving the mouse over any texts simply erase it,and that's the same with w3m. Is there any other configuration to do?
