is there any software available that decodes & display closed caption 608/708?

i developed CEA608 decoder which takes input from the file(CC data is extracted from the ATSC transport stream by CCextractorGUI) which decodes & displays in OSD, i would like to validate my decoder with some reference software.

please let me know is there any software available that decodes & display closed caption 608/708 from the ATSC transport stream?
