Is there a pop3 daemon that can handle sendmails RunAsUser option
 

Hi,
Im currently using qpopper. But thanks to unSpawn we realized that it cannot handle the RunAsUser option that sendmail offers. My question is, is there a pop3 daemon that will work with the RunAsUser option. Im not using the default pop3 deamon that comes with RedHat 7.1 because im not running xinetd. From what I have learned, imap cannot be run as a standalone server.

Any thoughts?

ANyone using RUnAsUser option can tell me what pop3 server they are using???/

Then let me ask another question. For the people out there.....are you guys using the RunAsUser option in sendmail. Isnt it a much more secure setup?????
