Is My Sources.list Correct For Ubuntu 8.04?

There are two parts to my question for my ubuntu 8.04:

1) Under 3rd Party Software, I got the following that are unchecked... Should I check to enable them?:

- http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu hardy partner
- http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu hardy partner (Source Code)
- Debian 'Sid' (unstable) Officially supported
- http://packages.medibuntu.org/ hardy free non free (Source Code)

These are the only ones that are checked/enabled:
- http://deb.opera.com/opera/ stable non free
- http://packages.medibuntu.org/ hardy free non free

2) Do I have the correct sources.list? Below is my sources. Please let me know!

#
# deb cdrom:[Ubuntu 8.04 _Hardy Heron_ - Release i386 (20080422.2)]/ hardy main restricted
deb-src http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ hardy restricted main #Added by software-properties

Everything seems fine to me. Is there a problem? On your first question as far as I remember 'partner' is a commercial repo - no need to enable it unless you specifically know you must.
