Is lftp installed by default on...


Is lftp installed by default on RedHat, Mandrake and SuSe?
An answer or a just pointing me in the right direction would help.

both ftp clients and ftp servers are installed. The server is not turned on, though...

I don't think lftp is installed by default on RedHat, but RedHat does carry an RPM for it so you can choose to install it during the setup or afterwards.

I think they have RPMs for it on the lftp website (http://lftp.yar.ru) but it seems down at the moment.

Ok good. Iim writing a script that relies on it being installed. and wanted to make sure the client was installed. Thanks.
