i finally have the mythtv backend+fronend working (MythDora 3.2) and i am in the process of installing clients in my house. one thing i really need (since i really used that function alot on my windows..(yuck) HTPCs) is the ability to remember track position on my video library (divx movies etc, not tv recordings).
For example i have all my videos on an ubuntu computer which i use as a media server. i watch a movie on my mythtv backend+fronend in the living room and decide to stop and finish watching it in bed. i want the client to know when i start the same movie in bed my last position, is that possible?
i noticed that when i setup the client i can connect to the tv recordings with no problem but i still have to manually change the videos, music etc.. path, is that normal or am i missing something?
