iPod Software

Is there any software to run 4G iPod on Linux (NOT Linux on a 4G iPod)?
It's currently Windows-format.

You can mount it as a USB Harddrive in Linux regardless of the format.

...okay, and can I import new songs (that will work) like that?

There is a gui called gtkpod. Take a look at that it maybe what you are looking for.
