IP Surveilance cameras works on windows IE6 and not on gentoo linux with firefox
I am new to Linux and I am trying to set up a NEU FUSION IP Surveilance camera on Gentoo linux. I can change the camera's settings with the web interface but can't see the images from the camera. There is also a url for client settings but I get only an empty page when trying to change that. My setup is as follows: I've got a Senao long range wirelessaccesspoint on my LAN with a NEU FUSION wireless IP Camera.
Can anybody please help me?
Hi and welcome to LQ I assume that when you say you can't see the camera images, you mean in the browser? If so, you probably need to identify what shows this - Java, Flash, wmv, mpg or whatever - and install the required plugin: mplayerplugin, java, flash or whatever.
