IP addresses

My workstations and servers have internal IP adresses (i.e 10.1.1.4 for example). Now I want one of the servers with an internal IP address to have the global one but still visible on the intranet as well.

I am looking for advice on how to do this.

You might be able to try putting two NIC's in the 'puter. And setup one with you local IP address, and set the other one up with a global IP address.

If two nics is not an option then you could try to setup IP aliasing to get two ip addresses bound to one nic. This is not always the nicest solution.
