Gaim supports it, with a plugin.

Which service are you using (MSN, AIM, Yahoo, etc.)?

all 3 of those, but im only worried about the cam for yahoo

Before you start going for apps that support webcam chat, have you got your webcam going under Linux. Some are a right royal pain. Check out the HCL on here if you're in doubt about getting yours going. Otherwise, have fun :D
