Instant Message with webcam support?

I`ve already seen threads about MSN and ICQ equivalents in Linux. I use Gaim, and it's a nice program. However, I miss webcam support... does anybody know of a program that will let other people using YM, ICQ or MSN view my webcam?

For all I know there's none. The only messaging solution
with cam support is gnomemeeting (talks to winDOHs
netmeeting) ... (one of the reasons why I still have a
win98 partition on one of my machines :/ ... talk with
relatives in Europe - ymessenger)

I've tried Gnomemeeting, only to discover that my webcam isn't working on Linux anyway... It's a logitech quickcam express, and judging from my research on the net, seems like it's a bit hard to make it work under linux. Also, I heard that it doesn't work at all with kernel 2.6... is it true?

What made you think it's unsupported/hard to get
to work?
