What point are you at now? Has your soundcard been detected? let us know and we will help you out, just need some more info.

yes when run the sndconfig.it detected my sound card as ac'97 but says that it is not supported.i downloaded the alsa0.9beta. hopw can install it.plz help me.i am using redhat 6.2
