Installing Slackware though serial console

Hi there,

I just got a dedicated server with 1and1 and am trying to figure out how to install slackware 10 on it. They told me some people have managed to install their own operating system though the serial console. I tried searching google got info how to do it with no luck. Do you guys by any change know how to install slackware though the serial console on 1and1 servers?

Thanks
